Beginning January 15th, we will be introducing a winter menu highlighting traditional Spanish favorites that will take your taste buds on a flavorful journey throughout various regions of Spain. Grab a spoon and kick off your meal with a Caldo Gallego featuring chorizo, pork, and alubias, or share a Chistorra a la Sidra with cured sausage enhanced by cider. Remember to save room for dessert so you can indulge in our Arroz con Leche, a traditional rice pudding prepared with golden raisin coulis and Swiss meringue crumbles. To top off your meal, wash it all down with an aromatic Carajillo combining the bitterness of espresso coffee with the spicy sweetness of Licor 43.
