The lingering August heat means summer is in full swing, and Bulla Gastrobar is playing up the warmer weather with a flavorful selection of seasonal dishes! Featuring Spanish favorites and colorful ingredients, we’re introducing new dishes that appeal to all tastes this summer. Menu items include the Tortillitas de Camarón featuring fish and shrimp fritters, Spanish paprika and tartar sauce, as well as the Bistec a la Carbón, a perfectly grilled 4-ounce portion of bistro steak with truffled potato and mushroom foam, salsa criolla, and arugula salad. Looking for a lighter option? Make sure to check out the Parrillada de Verduras, a perfect plate of grilled veggies served with a house-made romesco sauce. For dessert, the Budín de Pan is a clear choice to satisfy any sweet tooth. Wash it all down with a refreshing Sangria Verde, made with Tito’s vodka, Albariño, St. Elder, cucumber, kale and soda water, or shake things up a bit with a Life is a Bramble cocktail, mixed with Blackberries, Amontillado Sherry, lemongrass syrup and your choice of Brockmans Gin or Pelotón de la Muerte Mezcal.
