Bulla Gastrobar invites you to smell the roses and welcome the new season with all-new spring menu items! Defrost from the winter chill with warm items such as the Chorizo-Stuffed Dates with bacon, house-made chorizo, cream cheese, smoked Spanish paprika, and Manchego or the Morcilla al Vino – Blood sausage with red wine and heavy cream served with baguette slices. Also available for those looking to dine on the lighter side, Bulla Gastrobar has rolled out Alcachofas Fritas which consists of Artichoke hearts, fresh lemon, and mint aioli plus Empanadillas de Atun with Tuna confit, sofrito rojo, hard-boiled eggs, and smoked Spanish paprika. We didn’t forget about the cocktails! Sip on some refreshing mixes such as the Springtime Vodka Tonic with Tito’s vodka, Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic water, star anise, and cracked black pepper garnished with a lime wheel or the Costa del Sol and Stay Classy – both made with Gin and Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic water. For the grand finale, indulge in the Spring Cheesecake* made with Graham cracker, caramelized sugar, lemon and lime zest, plus house-made Spanish membrillo whipped cream or the Natilla con Galleta Maria* – a traditional Spanish custard made with condensed milk, cinnamon, and Maria cookies (because no meal is complete without dessert).
