As temperatures cool down across the globe, Bulla Gastrobar is turning up the heat with the spices on our new fall menu. We are excited to have introduced new and unique food items and drinks to our menu that will stir the senses and create a dining experience to remember, including:

New Fall Menu Items:
● Arozo Meloso De Pollo: Valencia style rice, pan seared chicken, artichoke confit, snow peas, Spanish paprika
● Braised Oxtail: Steamed rice, house made shoestring potatoes, shishito peppers
● Camarones Al Curry: Sautéed shrimp, curry cream, artichoke confit, toasted baguette
● Cream Of Butternut Squash: Spanish paprika, cracked pepper, cheese crostini
● Parrillada De Verduras: Eggplant, zucchini, squash, tomato, scallions, asparagus, romesco sauce
● Natillas Con Galleta Maria: Traditional Spanish custard made with condensed milk, cinnamon, Maria cookies

New Fall Cocktails:
● Spanish Old Fashioned: Old Forester Bourbon, chocolate bitters, Lustau ‘Capataz Andres’ Solera, simple syrup, orange peel
● La Madrileña: Old Forester 100 Bourbon, La Gitana Manzanilla sherry, apple cinnamon infused syrup, grated cinnamon, Filthy black cherry
● Mezcalita: Pelotón de la Muerte Mezcal, orange juice, triple sec, agave, strawberry purée
