Seasons change and that means new exciting menus at Bulla Gastrobar! This year, the Spanish-style restaurant is welcoming the autumn months with a new selection of seasonal dishes that appeal to all tastes. Menu items include the Cream of Butternut Squash Soup featuring Spanish paprika, cracked pepper and cheese crostini, as well as the Carpaccio de Salmón with crispy capers, cornichon, arugula, croutons, and a delicious aioli. Bring out your inner carnivore with the hearty fall flavors found in the Lacón a la Gallega, a flavorful dish featuring smoked ham shank, potato purée, and Spanish paprika. Make sure to save room for the Pumpkin Creme Brulee for dessert to conclude the meal with a true fall experience! Wash it all down with a seasonal Paloma mixed with Espolon Silver, ruby red grapefruit juice, citrus syrup and soda topped with a sweet pink sugar rim, or a glass (or pitcher) of the Sangría Otoño with Pinot Grigio, Sidra, pears, red apples, and apple cinnamon syrup.
