It’s a new season and that means new and exciting dishes at Bulla Gastrobar! This winter, the contemporary Spanish-style restaurant launches a selection of fresh seasonal dishes and cocktails to welcome the winter months. Featuring a series of new and unique flavors, Bulla introduces innovative items such as a hearty Carrilleras con Fideos with pasta, braised beef cheeks, and sofrito, as well as the Bombas with braised oxtail, oxtail truffle reduction and mustard aioli. Craving seafood that fits in with the cooler weather? Guests can enjoy a perfectly grilled Pulpo a la Parrilla with octopus, corn puree, salsa criolla, and black pepper, among a series of additional classically prepared dishes with a Bulla twist. Make sure to save room for the Tarta de Santiago for dessert, featuring traditional Spanish cake with toasted almonds, powdered sugar, and vanilla ice cream.
Paired with a refreshing seasonal Sangria 43 with Red wine, brandy, Licor 43, triple sec, sprite, pear, red apples, and chopped orange, or a unique Spiced Old Fashioned with Old Forester Bourbon, winter-spiced syrup, Angostura bitters and orange bitters, the winter menu items at Bulla Gastrobar are the perfect way to welcome the season.
