Our Bulla and Pisco rewards program is designed to reward our most loyal guests. For every $1 spent you accumulate 1 point in your loyalty account. After the accumulation of 140 points, a $10 credit will automatically accrue into your account. Special offers may also present to our loyalty members on occasion.

Enrolling in the Program
These rewards program terms apply to your access to, eligibility for, and participation in the rewards program which is offered by Centurion Restaurant Group, a Florida Limited Liability Company. Enrollment, membership, and all related benefits of the rewards program are provided to you by Centurion Restaurant Group at its sole discretion. This rewards program is restricted to participating Bulla Gastrobar and Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar restaurants (“participating restaurant(s)”) located within the United States. Your participation in this rewards program is subject to these terms herein listed, including any changes that may be made to the program in the future. The rewards program is subject to cancellation or modification at any time, without notice.

To start your journey as a rewards member, please follow the four simple steps listed below. Please allow up to 48 hours to see rewards added to your account.
To participate in and become a “member” of the rewards program, eligible guests must enroll in the rewards program by setting up an account at https://bit.ly/2fagnw5. There are no membership fees associated with this program.
Once on the landing page, sign up as a new user by filling in all the fields on the form. When you set up an account, you will be required to choose a username and password, complete all required information, and accept these rewards program terms. All account information provided by you must be complete and accurate. When finished, click submit, and this will take you to your account page. When you sign up, you will see 0 points.
It is the member’s responsibility to promptly update their account info with any changes. An individual can only have one (1) account. Two or more members cannot combine or merge accounts for any reason. Your account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends, or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. If you have enrolled in the rewards program previously and your account is currently suspended or terminated by Centurion Restaurant Group according to the “suspension and termination of membership” section below, you cannot re-enroll by creating a new account. However, you may re-enroll and create a new account if your account was closed according to the “account closure” section below. Please see the “suspension and termination of membership” and “account closure” sections below for more information. Centurion Restaurant Group reserves the right at any time to limit rewards program enrollment or to establish different rules for rewards program participation.

BULLA REWARDS FAQ
To receive points for your visit, tell your server that you are a part of our rewards program, Pisco Rewards or Bulla Rewards, and provide them with your phone number or email. You must let them know before you pay. We cannot add loyalty points after the meal is paid. The server will then add your phone number to the bill, and your points will reflect on your receipt. One rewards account can be used per check. If multiple rewards members would like to redeem points, let your server know at the beginning of the meal that separate checks are required. The points will reflect on your account after 24 hours.
The rewards program allows you to earn rewards on qualifying purchases at participating restaurants. You will earn one (1) reward point for every one U.S. dollar ($1.00) you spend on food and beverages. Reward points will not be earned for any taxes, gratuities, donations, fees, or delivery charges paid. Accumulation of rewards points also excludes the purchase of gift cards, or for purchases made using Bulla Gastrobar or Pisco y Nazca gift cards. For members to earn reward points, member’s phone number or e-mail address tied to the account must be presented at the time of the qualifying purchase. Reward points are not earned for any transaction or purchase made through our websites, or made through a third-party service provider, including without limitation online ordering and delivery services. Generally, reward points for qualifying purchases from participating restaurants will automatically appear on your account within twenty-four (24) hours. The amount of the qualifying purchase equals the amount paid for food and beverages after the application of any applicable discounts. Every time a member’s account reaches one hundred and forty (140) reward points, the reward points will automatically convert to a reward valued at ten U.S. dollars ($10.00) (“reward(s)”). There is no limit on the number of reward points or reward dollars that a member can earn or redeem during the effective dates of the rewards program. Reward points expire if a member does not earn any additional reward points by making an eligible purchase within a six (6) month period of earning the reward points. A member can view the number of reward points earned by logging into their account. Reward points may not be earned if unexpected technical difficulties arise at the point of sale. Centurion Restaurant Group reserves the right to change the earnings structure at any time, with or without notice.
How do I know how many points and rewards I have?
You can choose to either accumulate your rewards points or redeem your rewards once available in your account. If you wish to accumulate your rewards and not use them as soon as they become available, let your server know when you request the bill. If you earned your points at Bulla Gastrobar you could use your rewards at Pisco y Nazca, and vice versa.
Your rewards may be redeemable for food and beverage at any participating restaurant. We do not issue reward points on checks that are redeeming points. Rewards may not be redeemed if unexpected technical difficulties arise at the point of sale. Rewards may not be redeemed for any online order or delivery, whether through our websites or any third-party service provider website. Rewards are not redeemable for purchases of gift cards, tax, gratuity, cash, any cash equivalent, or delivery charges. Rewards may not be combined with other coupons. Rewards are personal to each member and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or used for any commercial purpose. A member can view their account status and amount of rewards available for redemption by logging into their account at Bulla and Pisco Rewards Program.
When can I use my reward?
After accumulating 140 points, the $10 credit will automatically add to your rewards account and available to use on your next visit. Reward points earned may not be redeemed in the same transaction in which it was earned or issued. Rewards are redeemable for future use only, subject to the terms described in this agreement. Most rewards are offered for a limited time only. Check the relevant reward for expiration details. Please note that rewards
- Are nontransferable and may not be shared with others.
- Have no cash value.
- May not be purchased.
- are not redeemable for cash under any circumstance unless required by law.
When I redeem my reward, will I earn points?
No. Points earned are on dollars spent, and if the reward is redeemed, then those dollars will not be spent.
If I have a coupon, can I also get points for my visit?
You may use a coupon for the check, but points earned will only be on the actual net dollars spent.
Do my rewards expire?
You have one year from earning your rewards to use them. You can always log in to your account to check your balance.
Are there restrictions?
Loyalty points cannot be collected or redeemed at special events, on BEO reservations or during other announced blackout times.
If at any time you want to stop receiving rewards-related messages, or you wish to terminate your account from Centurion Restaurant Group, you can opt-out by:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Rewards points are earned on all food and beverage purchases.
- Points are not earned for comped items.
- Only one reward member account can be used per check. So, if three guests all want to use their cards, they will have to have separate checks and will have to notify their server at the beginning of the visit.
- Rewards points cannot be collected or redeemed at special events, on BEO reservations, or during another announced blackout time.
- There will be no “after the fact” application of points. A member has to identify themselves as a loyalty member during their visit. The member has to give us their rewards member information (e-mail or phone number) at the beginning of their meal to get the points. We cannot grant points after the guest has left the restaurant.
- Rewards program communication: By enrolling in the rewards program, the member is opting-in to receive rewards program communications sent by e-mail or text. Members may opt-out of receiving electronic communications containing rewards program and marketing messages by following the instructions or links contained in the electronic communication to unsubscribe. By opting-out of electronic communications containing rewards program and marketing messages, you are not opting out of receiving all electronic communications from Bulla Gastrobar and Pisco y Nazca including their e-newsletter. By unsubscribing from electronic communications, the member acknowledges that they will not be sent pertinent information, or any other information, regarding their rewards account. Centurion Restaurant Group is not responsible for undeliverable, lost, returned, or misdirected e-mails or other correspondences related to a member’s account.
- Reward points are only applied to one reward account for each check. Points associated with a guest check cannot be split between multiple reward accounts. Reward points may only be accrued and applied on the date and time of the visit, and not after the fact. Reward membership may be revoked at any time.

This reward program is intended for individual use only. Businesses, corporations, joint ventures, partnerships, groups, associations, and other non-personal entities are not eligible to participate in the rewards program. The rewards program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. To be eligible to participate in the loyalty program at the time of enrollment, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age with a valid telephone number and e-mail address.
You may be eligible to enroll in the program if you meet the following criteria:
- You are a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States;
- You are at least 18 years of age (or the applicable age of majority) at the time of enrollment;
- You have a postal address that the United States postal service recognizes;
- You have an active e-mail address;
- You have an active telephone number; and
- You are not a Bulla Gastrobar, Pisco y Nazca, or Centurion Restaurant Group team member or an immediate family member of a team member.
The member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and account information. As a member, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or by using your account information to access your account. If you believe your account or your account information is compromised, you are responsible for taking immediate action to remove any credit card or other payment information associated with the account.
Suspension and Termination of Membership
Centurion Restaurant Group does not represent or warrant that your account will always be accessible or accepted. Without notice to you, Centurion Restaurant Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and your participation in the rewards program for any reason in its sole discretion. Including without limitation, if Centurion Restaurant Group determines that you have violated these reward program terms or other applicable Centurion Restaurant Group terms, conditions, and policies. Including but not limited to a member having more than one (1) account, or that the use of a members account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful. Centurion Restaurant Group may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate accounts that appear to be inactive, and suspend, terminate or combine accounts that appear to be duplicative. If an account is suspended or terminated, reward points, rewards, and other benefits earned through the account are also suspended and terminated without remedy. If your account is currently suspended or terminated by Centurion Restaurant Group according to this section, you cannot re-enroll in the rewards program by creating a new account.
Centurion Restaurant Group may close a member’s account in its sole discretion if the account has been inactive for twelve (12) months. Inactive means, the member has not made any qualifying purchases, has not earned any rewards points, or has not logged into his or her account within a twelve (12) month time period. A member’s account may also be closed by Centurion Restaurant Group, in its sole discretion, if the member’s rewards number is lost or stolen. In the event that your account is rendered inactive or closed, all accumulated reward points, rewards, and other benefits earned through your account will be void without remedy. If a member’s account is closed due to inactivity or due to a lost or stolen member number, the member may re-enroll in the rewards program and open a new account.
Termination of the Rewards Program
Centurion Restaurant Group reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate the rewards program at any time. If the rewards program is terminated, members will no longer earn reward points, rewards, or any other rewards or benefits. Rewards that are not redeemed as of the date of termination of the rewards program will be void, without remedy, and will no longer be redeemable.
Bulla Gastrobar or Pisco y Nazca maintains the right to do any of the following at any time without prior notice to you:
- End the program and any specific reward.
- Change any reward or any other program benefit we offer.
- Change the requirements for earning a particular reward.
- Change the time provided in which to earn a particular reward.
- Change any other feature of the program.
If Bulla Gastrobar or Pisco y Nazca terminates the program, any rewards you have earned but not used will expire on the last day of the program or as otherwise outlined in the applicable terms for that reward. In no event, however, will a reward be redeemed after the program has ended. Bulla Gastrobar or Pisco y Nazca has no obligation to continue the program or a specific reward or to compensate you for any unused rewards. To the extent permitted by law, when you enroll in the program, you waive any right to require Bulla Gastrobar or Pisco y Nazca to obtain legal permission to change this agreement or to end the program.
Modification of Terms and Conditions
Centurion Restaurant Group (Bulla Gastrobar and Pisco y Nazca) reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify these loyalty program terms and conditions at any time and from time to time. Any such changes are effective immediately upon being posted at https://bullagastrobar.com/ and https://piscoynazca.com/, or by sending you an e-mail advising you of the new or different loyalty program terms. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date, active, and deliverable e-mail address for your account. The member’s continued participation in the loyalty program after such notice will constitute the member’s acceptance of new or different rewards program terms. You are responsible for periodically checking our website to review the most current rewards program terms to which you are bound.

Limitations of Liability
In no event will Bulla Gastrobar and Pisco y Nazca and its respective rewards program affiliates, suppliers, or any of their officers, directors, employees or agents (“released parties”) be responsible or liable for any claim, loss, injury, damage, delay, accident, cost or expense (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs of suit), nor for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages (collectively, “losses and damages”), directly or indirectly arising out of or related to:
- These rewards program terms;
- The rewards program;
- The websites;
- Any failure, delay or decision by Bulla Gastrobar and Pisco y Nazca in administering the rewards program;
- Any unauthorized use of an account or any breach of security beyond our reasonable control;
- Any offer, representation, statement, or claim about the rewards program made by any released party or any other person or entity; or
- The purchase, redemption for or use of any rewards whether made available by Bulla Gastrobar and Pisco y Nazca, one of the released parties or any other person or entity, or otherwise.
The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we, or our affiliates, or our or their representatives, have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.
The foregoing does not affect any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All matters relating to the rewards program terms and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the state of Florida without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the state of Florida or any other jurisdiction) and specifically will not be governed by the United Nations Conventions on contracts for the international sale of goods, if otherwise applicable. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these rewards program terms shall be instituted in accordance with the provisions relating the arbitration of such claims found below.
You understand and agree that all claims, disagreements, disputes, or controversies between you and Bulla Gastrobar and Pisco y Nazca, (and any other released party), and its officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and/or related companies arising out of or relating to the rewards program, your participation in the rewards program and/or or any reward points, rewards, or other rewards program benefits earned or obtained through the rewards program, or these rewards program terms shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration, which must be commenced within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arises. Because the rewards program provided by Bulla Gastrobar and Pisco y Nazca concerns interstate commerce, the United States federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”) governs the arbitrability of all disputes. The arbitration shall take place in Miami, Florida. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under the AAA’s commercial dispute resolution procedures as supplemented by the supplementary procedures for consumer-related disputes (and as stated therein, if there is a difference between the commercial dispute resolution procedures and the additional procedures, the supplementary procedures will be used). You and we voluntarily and knowingly waive any right you or we have to a jury trial. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, you and Bulla Gastrobar and Pisco y Nazca agree that each may bring claims against the other in arbitration only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action. Neither you nor Bulla Gastrobar and Pisco y Nazca shall be entitled to join or consolidate claims in arbitration by or against other rewards program members or arbitrate any claim as a representative or member of a class or in a private attorney general capacity.
Waiver and Severability
No waiver by Bulla Gastrobar and Pisco y Nazca, or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, of any term or condition set forth in these rewards program terms, shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Bulla Gastrobar and Pisco y Nazca, or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, to assert a right or provision under these rewards program terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any term or provision of these rewards program terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of these rewards program terms or invalidate or render unenforceable such time or provision in any other jurisdiction.
The rewards program is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied. To the fullest extent permissible according to applicable law, Bulla Gastrobar and Pisco y Nazca disclaim all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Bulla Gastrobar and Pisco y Nazca do not warrant that the functions included in the program will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, that any data or information (including personal information and payment card information) you submit will be secure or free from unauthorized access or acquisition, or that the program is secure or free of viruses or other harmful components. Bulla Gastrobar and Pisco y Nazca do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use of or the result of the use of the program in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, security, or otherwise. You (and not Bulla Gastrobar and Pisco y Nazca) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction of your membership and agree that your sole remedy against Bulla Gastrobar and Pisco y Nazca for any problems with the program is to discontinue your membership. The above exclusion may not apply to you, to the extent that applicable law may not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties.
Arbitration, Jurisdiction, Class Action and Jury Waivers
Any claim you may have with respect to the program must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. You agree that any claim you may have with Bulla Gastrobar and Pisco y Nazca related to the program will be resolved solely by arbitration and that said arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any such dispute(s). Any such arbitration shall be final and binding and administered by Bulla Gastrobar and Pisco y Nazca before a single arbitrator in a location determined by Bulla Gastrobar and Pisco y Nazca in accordance with its rules or as mutually agreed. The arbitrator shall apply Florida law, and render a decision based on the terms, conditions, and agreements referenced herein. Should any part of this arbitration provision be deemed unenforceable, the other provisions described herein shall remain in effect.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if this provision is found to be wholly unenforceable and neither party is entitled to arbitrate such dispute(s), you agree that all claims related to the program must be brought in Florida, should you file an administrative or legal claim without arbitrating and Bulla Gastrobar & Pisco y Nazca bring a successful motion to compel arbitration, you must pay the (including reasonable attorney’s fees) incurred by Bulla Gastrobar & Pisco y Nazca in court. This arbitration agreement is made pursuant to a transaction involving interstate commerce and shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”).
Both you and Bulla Gastrobar & Pisco y Nazca agree to waive any right to a trial by jury. Further, no claims may be made on a class or representative basis as you and Bulla Gastrobar & Pisco y Nazca hereby waive the right to assert claims in any class or representative action in connection with this agreement. The failure of Centurion Restaurant Group to act with respect to a breach of this agreement by you or others does not constitute a waiver and shall not limit any party’s rights with respect to such breach or any subsequent breaches.
All issues or questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation or enforceability of this agreement or the program, or the rights and obligations of Bulla Gastrobar and Pisco y Naza or any member in connection with the same, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Florida.
This agreement, including all documents referenced herein, represents the entire understanding of the program between you and Centurion Restaurant Group (Bulla Gastrobar and Pisco & Nazca) and shall supersede all other agreements and understandings relating to such subject matter. Headings used in this agreement are for reference only and shall not affect the meaning of any terms. By enrolling in the program, members are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of this agreement.
